Why You Should Pee-Pee In The Shower
The PP Method: How I Conquered My Inner B*tch.
"I should get up earlier."
"I should get to the gym."
"I should take cold showers."
Last week, I looked in the mirror and decided it was time to stop SHOULD'ing 💩 all over myself.
Speaking of shit, it was pee-pee that finally helped me.
The PP Method to be exact.
You see, I had just gotten back from my 3rd Tony Robbins event...
And I remember him saying there are 2 forces that control everything we do:
Pain + Pleasure.
We're simple creatures. We move towards pleasure, and avoid pain.
Which explains why the inner b*tch (IB) in our minds is always winning...
But, we can take back the reigns, and use PP to our advantage.
I'll give you an example that happened to me last week:
I wanted to take a cold shower, and immediately the IB said,
"But that's going to be painful..."
Enter: The PP Method.
I had my IB time-travel to the future with me.
I showed it how much PAIN I'd feel if I broke another promise to myself.
Then I showed it how much PLEASURE I would feel if I just got through the initial discomfort.
In other words, I got extreme LEVERAGE on it.
Before I could even finish explaining, my hand turned the knob to freezing cold.
The PP Method worked like a charm. And it continues to work.
Now, the IB is MY B*tch.
